BY A STAFF REPORTER: Russia launched strikes at the city of Kherson on Thursday, after a wave of fatal shelling in the southern Ukrainian region earlier this week. A strike occurred “100 meters” away from the building of the Kherson regional administration which was also attacked yesterday, according to the deputy head of Ukraine's Presidential Office, Kyrylo Tymoshenko. Kherson was hit 86 times with “artillery, MLRS, tanks, mortars and UAVs," in the past 24 hours, the regional head of the Kherson military administration, Yaroslav Yanushevych, said
