England lost 1-2 to defending champion France on Saturday. England had golden chances to go ahead at 2-2 but skipper Harry Kane missed two penalties at the Al Bayt Stadium. Southgate said, 'Whenever I finish these tournaments, I need time to make the right decisions. I don't want to take any decision in the heat of the moment.'
