hek Banerjee is shaping up to be the next big name in Bengal politics. the chief minister's nephew, who has largely been blamed for many senior party leaders leaving the party has come out of her shadow and has started to make the right moves. Political experts claimed that Abhishek is scoring brownie points everyday by reaching across to senior party leaders and seeking their blessings. He is also touring the state, meeting affected people and getting to know grass root administration and politics. Senior political leaders also suggested that by touring the state Abhishek is also getting to know about local party leaders and organisational set up in the districts.
