BY A STAFF REPORTER: Union Minister of State Nityanand Rai on Sunday addressed a special function for the 58th raising day of the BSF in Amritsar, Punjab. He says, "Border Security Force (BSF) personnel are capable of ensuring the security of the country's borders even in the thick fog along the Indo-Pak border." Also he gave away police medals for bravery to the members of the force.
