By a Staff Reporter: Voting process for Delhi Municipal Elections is underway. However, Delhi Congress President Anil Chowdhury could not cast his vote at the Dallupura polling station in Delhi.
He said that, his name is not in the voter list. Officials are looking into the matter, he said. But he said that his wife voted.
