BY A STAFF REPORTER: West Bengal officially got a new governor on Wednesday ahead of the panchayat polls. C.V. Ananda Bose was sworn in as the Governor of WB. Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee was present at the Raj Bhavan. Former governors were also present at the Raj Bhavan.
