By A Staff Reporter: BCCI Secretary Jai Shah will be the decision-making Indian representative on the ICC Board and head of the World Cricket Body's Finance and Commercial Affairs (F&CA) committee. The F&CA Committee is the most important of all the ICC's subsidiary committees and BCCI representatives were not part of it until former BCCI president Sourav Ganguly became a member for some years.
