BY A STAFF REPORTER: External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar has arrived in Moscow in the midst of the war between Russia and Ukraine. On Tuesday, he met with his counterpart Sergei Lavrov in Moscow. The two leaders discussed bilateral, regional and global issues of mutual interest. Jaishankar says, "This is the fifth time we're meeting this year and the importance this long-term partnership attaches to each other is very important. I'm happy to be here. This dialogue will continue. Jaishankar and Lavrov have met four times since the start of the War in Ukraine in February. "Our governments are in constant touch at various levels. ''
