BY A STAFF REPORTER: The BJP has also won several states in the by-elections. BJP candidate Bhavya Bishnoi won the Adampur seat in Haryana on Sunday. Bhavya Bishnoi is the son of BJP leader Kuldeep Bishnoi who vacated the seat after resigning from the Congress and joining the BJP in August. BJP candidate Kusum Devi won the Gopalganj by-election in Bihar by a margin of 1,794 votes.
