Congress released its manifesto for Himachal Pradesh elections. Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel was present there.
Congress promised 10 guarantees to the public including implementation of OPS, Rs 1500 per month to women, free 300 units of electricity and purchase of dung at Rs 2 per kg.
