PM Modi will hand over new flats to Slum dwellers

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hand over new flats to families who had earlier lived in Delhi's jhuggi-huts under the In Situ Slum Redevelopment Scheme on Wednesday. The first phase of the project has been completed and work on 3,024 flats has been completed. The flats have reportedly been constructed at a cost of around Rs 345 crore. And people are happy with this initiative of the Center.
