BJP workers switch allegiance to TMC, Subhendu knocks at PM door

In the backdrop of a massive rush of BJP supporters joining TMC at the grass root level, Leader of Opposition in the state assembly Subhendu Adhikary called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the capital. Sources said Adhikary discussed about ``unabated post poll violence in Bengal.'' He is also reported to have mentioned about the partisan role of police officers in the state. Disgruntled with the party leadership, specially state president Dilip Ghosh, many supporters are leaving the saffron leadership and joining the TMC.
