By a Staff Reporter, Cuttack (9/10):On the auspicious occasion of Sharad Purnima & Lakshmi Puja dated 9th October 2022, Anandam Foundation organised a "Vishwa Shanti Homyagna" at Jashoda Sadan (Orphanage), Vishwanath Mandir, College Square, Cuttack, Odisha.
It started with Vedic mantras and Bhajans at 10:30 am. with the coordination of Gayatri Parivar, Cuttack branch. The children of the orphanage alongwith some locals participated with great enthusiasm.
Local Karyakarta Shri Bansidhar Parida and his wife Smt. Pushpalata Parida performed the Yagya as hosts (Yajmaan). It was concluded with Purnahuti & Prasadam at 1pm.
Shri Janmajey Sahoo (Joint Secretary) and Shri Bansidhar Pradhan coordinated the whole programme. Shri Manoj Das (General Secretary) was also present on the holy occasion. Total 64 people attended the program.
