BY A STAFF REPORTER: The Calcutta High Court has ordered the formation of a SIT in in the Mominpur, Dompara, Mominpur case. The Calcutta High Court has directed the West Bengal DGP to constitute an SIT to probe the Mominpur violence.
Justice Joymalya Bagchi and Justice Apurba Sinha passed the order on Wednesday. Meanwhile, The State Govt further reported that a report in terms of Section 6 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008, has been submitted today afternoon to the Central Govt & The Central Govt is to take a call whether to transfer the investigation to the NIA.
