Last Friday Bank Nifty Closed at 39178 > Opening 39093<50DSMA>. Day’s low printed at 38800 i.e. 5DSMA support & Day’s High made at 39235 that was 13DSMA barrier.
Nifty Bank fell more than 100 points Day to day basis but formed a small body Hammer type of candle with long tail.
In case today strong weak opening even with Gap down below 38800 then expected lower end supports are 38570 to 38400 <9DSMA> support area. Initial down fall should not breach this level at a stretch otherwise very major 38150. After taking support from any one of these lower slabs & chances of bouncing possible. Fresh strength only above 39260 & then other resistances are 39340—39500 but major barriers are 39608 – 39777.
