He says, "It is a challenge for all of us to induct air warriors into the Indian Air Force through the Agneepath project. But more than that, it is an opportunity for us to harness the potential of India's youth and use it in the service of the country. We have changed our operational training methodology to ensure that every Agnibir is equipped with the right skills and knowledge to start a career in the IAF. In December this year, we will induct 3,000 Agniveer Vayu for initial training. This number will increase in the coming years. ''
