BY A STAFF REPORTER: An encounter broke out between militants and security forces in Chitragam area of Shopian in Jammu and Kashmir on Friday morning. Meanwhile, the police have now said that one militant was shot dead by the security forces in an ongoing encounter at Yedipora in Pattan area of Baramulla.
