BY A STAFF REPORTER: Do you know who is not invited to the funeral of Britain's Queen Elizabeth II? It is learned that Russia and Belarus will not attend the queen's funeral. Russia and Belarus are among a small group of countries left out of the queen's funeral after Moscow's invasion of Ukraine.
Russian President Vladimir Putin had earlier said he would not join the UK in the face of a travel ban due to sanctions. But russia's foreign ministry said the refusal to invite a Russian representative to the queen's funeral was "particularly reprehensible to the memory of Elizabeth II" and "deeply unethical".
