BY A STAFF REPORTER: King Charles III is about to be proclaimed publicly as King on the balcony overlooking Friars' Court at St. James's Palace in London. The "Principal Proclamation" of King Charles III will be read by Garter King of Arms and a fanfare will be sounded. The St. James's Palace Detachment of The King's Guard accompanied by a band is also present along with members of the public.
