BY A STAFF REPORTER: Charles III has been proclaimed King by the Clerk of the Council during the Accession Council ceremony, which is currently taking place in London's St. James's Palace. The proclamation by Richard Tilbrook, Clerk of the Privy Council, was followed by the audience's exclamation of "God save the King."
