INS Tarkash arrives in Nigeria

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Indian Navy ship Tarakash arrived in Nigeria's Port Lagos on Thursday. The ship was reportedly welcomed by children from the Nigerian Navy, the Indian High Commission and the Indian Language School. Indian Navy said in a statement that, "INS Tarkash is sailing across three oceans, 240 nm and 133 days to strengthen bridges of friendship and celebrate Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav."
