Tokyo: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh is currently on a two-day visit to Japan for diplomacy between India and Japan. Rajnath Singh tweeted that, "In a bilateral meeting with Japanese Defence Minister Yasukazu Hamada in Tokyo today, various aspects of bilateral defence cooperation and regional affairs were reviewed. This year marks the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries. India and Japan pursue a special strategic and global partnership. India's defence partnership with Japan will play an important role in the upcoming free, open and rules-based Indo-Pacific region. ''
