Fierce encounter with terrorists in Pulwama, an army jawan martyred

An Army jawan was killed in an encounter with militants in Pulwama area of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday. Police said security personnel were conducting a cordon and search operation at Hanjin in the Rajpora area on receiving information that terrorists are holed up in the place. Witnesses said terrorists opened fire on security personnel, who retaliated. An army jaan was killed in the encounter which still rages on.
