A cyclonic circulation developed over the Southeast Bay of Bengal adjacent to East Central on Wednesday.
Due to which low pressure may be created in the west-central Bay of Bengal in the next 24 hours. As a result, heavy to very heavy rains are likely to occur in the state of Odisha from September 9 to 11. IMD scientist Umashankar Das told this news.
