BY A STAFF REPORTER: On Wednesday, former state minister Partha Chatterjee and Partha's close aide Arpita Mukherjee were taken to the city sessions court virtually. According to sources, Partha had sought bail in the court on any condition.
He said, "If necessary, keep it at home under police surveillance". Partha Chatterjee filed an application in the court through his lawyer. On the other hand, the ED wants to interrogate him in jail custody.
