CBI detains TMC councillor close to Anubrata Mondal

BY A STAFF REPORTER: The CBI on Wednesday raided the houses of three persons, including a TMC councillor close to TMC leader Anubrata Mondal, in connection with the cow smuggling case.  

On Wednesday, a councillor close to Anubrata was detained after two hours of questioning in the cow smuggling case. CBI team detained Ward No. 19 councillor Of Bolpur, Biswajyoti Banerjee.
