BY A STAFF REPORTER: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a bird's-eye visit to Gujarat for the upcoming assembly elections. PM Modi arrived in the state on Saturday. He inaugurated the Atal Bridge yesterday. Meanwhile he will go to Kutch on Sunday. The Prime Minister himself said this in a tweet. He tweeted, 'After the 2001 Earthquake, some people had written off Kutch. They said Kutch could never rise but these sceptics underestimated the spirit of Kutch. In no time, Kutch rose and it became one of the fastest growing districts.'
