India and Pakistan have faced each other 15 times in the Asia Cup so far. Out of the fifteen matches India has won 8 times. 

On the other hand Pakistan won 5 matches. Two matches were abandoned. India defeated Pakistan for the first time in the Asia Cup in 1984. Pakistan lost by 54 runs.
