Section 144 has been imposed in Kodagu district ahead of the Congress protests on August 26 and the BJP's 'Jan Jagarti Sammelan'. Kodagu DC Dr Satheesha BC said section 144 will remain in force from 6 am on August 24 to 6 pm on August 27. '
