LA Court denies Britney's request to remove her father from exclusive conservatorship

A US judge has allowed Britney Spears's father, Jamie control of her estate as her sole conservator. The pop star's lawyer had requested LA Court to end Jamie Spears's sole conservatorship stating that Britney was "afraid of her father.'' Jamie has been the sole conservator of the daughter since 2008.
Although the request has been denied, the ruling is not a response to Spears' explosive testimony in court last week. Britney had alleged that she had been drugged, forced to perform against her will and prevented from having children.
