75 railway stations of the country are being decorated: PM Modi on Mann Ki Baat

BY A STAFF REPORTER: Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation through a radio programme 'Mann Ki Baat' on Sunday. He said, "The 75th anniversary of independence is historic. The entire country is celebrating Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. On this occasion, 75 railway stations of the country are being decorated. The tricolour will be hoisted from house to house on August 15. An interesting endeavour called the 'Azadi Ki Railgadi Aur Railway Station' is afoot. The objective of this initiative is to make people aware of the historic role of the Indian Railways in the freedom struggle."
