Delhi Police has arrested a man who was on the run since 2015 in a murder case

Ananya Saha-A sleuth, RK Puram, arrested a 39-year-old man accused of murder and robbery from Majnu ka Tila
in North Delhi on Friday.

The accused has been identified as Karan Singh Mandal, a resident of Midnapore, West Bengal. In 2000, he was sentenced to life imprisonment in a case of theft and murder. On 17 April 2020, a case was registered at Mandir Marg, New Delhi on the complaint of Pawan Kumar Soni. In his complaint, Soni said that when he went to his house on Bhagat Singh Marg, he heard some noises from the closed flat. Together with several other neighbors, he broke the apartment door. The flat belonged to Daljeet Kaur.
