BY A STAFF REPORTER: Enforcement Directorate has arrested Trinamool general secretary and state industries minister Partha Chatterjee in connection with the SSC corruption case. He was arrested on Saturday morning. ED officials conducted a phased search operation at his house since yesterday morning.
According to ED sources, Arpita reportedly admitted that money was distributed between brokers and political leaders at high places in the party and government. The veracity of the alleged admission could not be independently verified by ANM News.
