MAYANK YADAV: 21ST JULY, A FIR has been held up against manufacturer 'Yog Realty' for deluding 45 occupants of Bhaveshwar Housing Society, Ghatkopar, Mumbai as the pads they should get in the redeveloped towers were unlawfully offered to others. The designer supposedly deceived even Bombay High Court on distributions of pads to occupants. The occupants claimed a trick of over ₹15 crore.
