Lucky Kumari : On Wednesday, the weather in the nation's capital of Delhi changed after the heat and humidity. In various locations of Delhi-NCR, it is raining. A yellow signal had already been issued by the meteorological department, warning of the potential for severe downpours.



On Wednesday morning, the national capital's minimum temperature was measured at 28.2 degrees Celsius, which is somewhat higher than average. The high was in the range of 33 degrees Celsius. The monsoon activity in Northwest India is expected to rise during the next two to three days, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD).





The national capital had a comparatively dry June, but thus far in July, 165.1 mm of rain had fallen there, compared to 126.9 mm on average.



 

For weather alerts, IMD uses four different colour alerts. These alerts are labelled "Green Alert" "Yellow Alert" "Orange Alert"and "Red Alert".
