Pre-Open daily Tech view of Bank Nifty Spot for 21-07-2022

Yesterday 340 points Gap up opening at 36061 and then day’s high printed at 36183 – our weekly basis 1 resistance area met. Then corrected, low printed at 35877 & settled at 35972, Day to Day basis gain 252 points. Technically it formed a small-bodied Spinning Top kind of candlestick pattern which indicates sign of reversal.

This was the 3rd consecutive Higher top Higher bottom formation & in 4 trading sessions surged 1800 points & in this way of rally It has crossed 200DEMA at 35400.

On the upside :- resistances are 1st 36250 & then 36400—36525 & 36666.
On the down side :- supports are 35875 & then 35725—35555 & 35400.
