CAUGHT- FBI’S MOST WANTED DRUG LORD

On July 18, Scandalous medication ruler Rafael Caro Quintero, a forerunner in the Guadalajara cartel,
has been caught subsequent to being followed by a pursuit canine in Mexico. Quintero was added to the
FBI's 10 'most needed' crooks list in 2018 and a $20 million prize was declared for his catch. He
supposedly threatened and undermined Mexico during his time in the cartel.
