Ananya Saha : A 19-year-old boy from Chennai climbed a high-voltage electricity tower, triggering a blackout in the area and affecting suburban train services there.
The young man climbed the tower after his 15year-old girlfriend refused to marry him. The girl had to be brought to the scene to convince him to come down after police, fire and paramedics failed.
