Forty-five countries, including the US, UK, Canada, Mexico and Australia, agreed on Thursday to coordinate investigations into alleged war crimes in Ukraine. Russia has repeatedly said it is not involved in war crimes in Ukraine and has also denied deliberately targeting civilians. About 23,000 alleged war crimes are currently under investigation in Ukraine.
