By a Staff Reporter: A torrential rain warning has been issued in China. A blue warning has been issued by the Meteorological Department. It will rain all day on Wednesday.
Heavy rain is expected in Mongolia, Heilongjiang, Jiling, Liaoning, Shandong, Gansu, Shaanxi, Henan, and Siachen. It is to be noted that China has already lost lots of life due to the weather. Once again, the forecast of torrential rain is raising concerns.
