In Chinese medicine, the five elements of nature, water, earth, fire, space, and air, are a combination of the three main doshas, vata, pitta, and kapha. When these doshas are fully balanced, their health is healthy. When this balance is out of balance due to dehydration, anxiety, stress, low energy or overwork, a person falls into a state of non-criticity, an imbalance of body. Ayurveda brings health and balances dosha. Overall, it aims to maintain and improve overall health overall, regardless of age.
