BY STAFF REPORTER : Complainant Lakhbir Singh of Begoana town in Ludhiana said he, alongside his significant other, was getting back on Saturday night when a vehicle that was in front of them applied slows down unexpectedly. At the point when he protested it and requested that the driver give way, the charged landed from the vehicle and started shooting in the air and escaped in the wake of undermining them.
