BY A STAFF REPORTER: Shinzo Abe, Former pm Shinzo Abe was showing no vital signs after apparently being shot at a campaign event in the Nara region on Friday. Assailant's gun looks like a camera and thats how he may have come close to Shinzo Abe on the pretext of clicking pix before shooting. Also the attacker was detained by police.
Police arrested 41-year-old Yamagami Tetsuya in Nara City for allegedly attempting murder. They say they seized a gun at the site which the suspect was apparently holding
