By a Staff Reporter: Holiday have been declared in Udupi district of Karnataka due to possibility heavy rains. The holiday has been announced by the Udupi district administration. All anganwari centers, schools and colleges will be closed. Incidentally, the Meteorological Department has already issued an orange alert in Udupi district.
