In Mexico, cultivate and consume your own cannabis

If you want to smoke marijuana, then go to Mexico. Mexico's Supreme Court has decriminalised the private recreational use of cannabis by adults, calling the current prohibition unconstitutional. It effectively means you can cultivate and consume your own cannabis. The SC says adults would be able to apply for permits to cultivate and consume their own cannabis. Smoking in public and in front of children is banned.
