BY A STAFF REPORTER: Massive floods in Assam has blocked roads, bringing movement of vehicles to a grinding halt. Silchar was cut off from rest of the state and country after landslides washed away roads stranding vehicles midway. Watch a landslide washes away the only connecting road out of Silchar.
