Silchar youth take up relief work

The devastating floods in Silchar in Assam has brought out the humanity among the group of young boys and girls.

Spearheaded by Nandini Dutta, a post graduate student, young boys and girls braved the waist deep water to distribute food and essentials to those who are stuck. Is anybody watching and listening?
