8th International Day of Yoga celebrated by the Heritage School.

BY A STAFF REPORTER, Kolkata (21/6): 8th International Day of Yoga was celebrated by the Heritage School, Kolkata. Theme of the year is Yoga for Humanity. 

Children enjoyed both physical and online mode of the Yoga Session.

Mr Vivek Dinodia a Hath Yogi from Isha Yoga Foundation was invited as the chief guest. 

He conducted the Yoga sessions over online platform.

Mrs.Seema Sapru, Principal of the Heritage School delivered her introductory speech on International Day of Yoga.

Programme was coordinated by the Yoga teachers Mrs Ila Khandelia, Mr.Sanatan Mahakud &Mr. Animesh Panda.

Programme was participated with all students, teachers and some parents.
