Decision on logistics agreement before the visit of the Minister of Defense to the UK!

By A Staff Reporter : The Cabinet Committee on Security has been instructed to clarify its decision to enter into a logistical agreement with Britain before the defense minister's visit to the UK in July. Incidentally, the logistics agreement will be similar to the LEMOA or Logistics Exchange Memorandum of Agreement signed by the Modi government with the United States and may be one of the key steps in Rajnath Singh's visit.

Rajnath Singh will be the first Indian defense minister to visit London for formal talks since George Fernandez's visit almost 20 years ago.He will be accompanied by Defense Secretary Ajay Kumar and senior officials of the Armed Forces.Rajnath Singh is expected to discuss a number of key issues during his visit to London on July 3, unless the new recruitment project for the armed forces is delayed due to the movement against Agnipath. India will focus on co-development and co-production with the 'self-reliance' project in mind.
