Pre-open Daily Tech view of Nifty Spot for 17-06-2022

Yesterday Night Wall St. tumbled further. Dow fell more than 700 points below crucial 30000 mark to the lowest level in more than a year amid recession fears. European stocks also closed 2.5% lower as central banks hike interest rates. Asia-Pacific stocks were lower in Friday morning trade. The Nikkei 225 in Japan fell 2.64% in early trading.

Here, yesterday Nifty started off the day higher as expectation at 15832 but not only gradually erased all Gap of gains in the morning session itself but also after breaking crucial 15650 mark panic selling continued throughout the session & slipped up to 15335, the fresh 52-week low. The index closed at 15360, the lowest closing level since May 2021, down 332 points or 2.11 percent.

Nifty formed a Long Black Day kind of formation as it shed around 500 points from the intraday high of 15863 levels < 15860~ to 15360~ >.
